Milkcow has finally launched in Ipoh! A place you could buy some ice-cream when you feel the weather is hot! I came here with my bestie to try their ice-cream and also of course their honeycomb. The best part is that their milk and honey are all 100% organic. Trying for something new in Ipoh? This could be the place for you. It is still new and has space for more improvement. They've just opened this on the 24th August 2015, not long ago. I didn't go to their soft launch, because it is just too packed, so i decided to visit a week after. 

I didn't manage to take much pictures because it is a very small shop and packed of people. It is only occupied with only 6 coffee table for 4. Yes I know, not many. Most of the customers came to take-away. But lucky for me, I get to dine-in because coincidently a table was leaving. I would recommend to add more tables, so that they could accommodate more people.

And so, this are all the varieties that they have for their ice-cream! All together they got 12 different types. Instead of sugar, they used honey for their ice-cream, same goes for their cakes. You can also add in extra toppings, as you can see at the bottom of the picture.


I've finally found macarons in Ipoh that doesn't taste too sweet!!! As you can see Nutella is the best seller, and so I ordered it. Nothing can go wrong with Nutella! Its like the king of chocolate!!! OK let's come back to this. For 1, it cost me RM4.50. But it is best if you ordered MACAO DREAM, one of their varieties where it already provides you a macaron as your topping. And I must say, this is the best Nutella macaron I had!


LOOK AT THAT HONEYCOMB! Nice, gold and liquidity, you would wanna dive into to and lick your fingers clean. The honey is just oozing out from the honey comb... mmm mmm... Is it just me or does everyone feels the same?!


This will be the counter they give you your order. I manage to take this picture from the place I'm sitting, too many people queuing up and I can't manage to take a picture of the whole counter. Maybe the next visit I'll try again. 

AND NOW THE ICE-CREAM


One of their best seller, the Milky Cube! That's the small piece of honey comb on the top. A little stingy I would say, or maybe because there are too many customers ordering it.. The ice-cream is super thick, creamy and velvety. You could taste the milk and just fall in love with it. For those who doesn't like to drink milk, I think you might not like it, but you can still consider trying it. Love the texture, it's like MCD ice-cream, but this has more texture and flavour. And it is not as sweet as MCD's, just nice! This will be RM13.50. Expensive?! Well it's ORGANIC!!!


My bestie ordered Cookie & Cream. Yup you've guessed correctly, it's Oreo! This would cost RM11.50. It is also one of their best seller ice-cream too. Their another best seller is the Black Pearl and their toppings are Chocolate sauce, organic salt and Cocoball. But I didn't manage to try it. Maybe another time. 

During the next visit I want to try their Milky Pop served in Gourmet Popcorn and Salted Caramel Syrup. It sounds so delicious already!

They don't only served ice-cream, but they also serve Waffles with Ice-cream! There are 3 different types, Butter & Honey, Chocolate & Banana, and Chocolate Almond.

You must be wondering, do they only serve ice-cream!? No.. They do also have Milkshakes and Coffee.

UPDATES


I'm back here to try their ice-cream and this is it... the Milky Pop! Salted Caramel Syrup and gourmet popcorn... and I add a Nutella Macaron too... overall it's not too sweet... the price without the macaron is RM11.50 and the overall price for this is RM16.. An expensive dessert I must say.. 


Next will be our Lemon Cheese Cake. Thick and filling.. The tartness from the lemon helps cut down a little of that fat. This will be RM13. 

So far i think they should serve dine-in customers with plain water, since the drinks are still not available. Everything was so milky and sweet. At least there is some plain water to help wash it down a little. 

I wanted to try their milkshake, but it's not out yet. So I'm not sure when will they start serving it. Thats all for now on the updates... 

Now they have more selections of macarons!

Snow Drop, RM11.50. A huge fluffy cotton candy on the top with jelly beans at the bottom. The cotton candy was not as sweet as I thought and it gets a little messy when eating it.

Waddap FOOD LOVERS !!!! Last week my besties called me out for an outing a day before, so I thought of bring them to Petit Mary to try their food, since I heard many great comments about the food and one of my friend wanted to try it out too. Bonjour! Hello fellow readers, a couple of days ago I found this cafe which is so different compared to other cafes, so why not pay a visit and try out something different. This cafe has a forest themed to it, bring a relax and cozy feeling. Since the weather is quite sunny and hot, this cafe can be a place for a hideout. It took me sometime to find this place and it is cluttered with plants everywhere. So this will be the entrance.
