My very first expo i went to which is organised by Nu Skin! 

This is my first experience sharing this Beauty and Health product called Nu Skin. I guess many of us has heard about it but maybe a few of us may not. So i was invited by my cousin and i wanna thank her for that, this gave me a chance to post something on my wall... So lets start!

WHAT IS NU SKIN ALL ABOUT?! 

Nu Skin Enterprises is a company which develops and sells personal care products and dietary supplements for the young and old, for male or female. But in this post I'm gonna stress more on the personal care products. So in the expo the products that are introduced to us are the Antioxidant Scan, Body Consumption Analysis, Skin Analysis Service, GalvanicSpa and a product sampling on ageLOC TR90 Protein Boost. But I'm not gonna talk about all of them.. SORRY!!! cause there wasn't enough time to try one of them...

Antioxidant Scan a.k.a. Biophotonic Scanner 


This particular tool is actually to measure the caratonoid antioxidant levels in our skin and prove the effectiveness in your supplements in improving your antioxidant health.

So this is the score bar in the picture above after scanning it shows your score. Mine wasn't what i had expected to be honest.. mine was at the red bar.. the lowest one =(  Many of us thinks that the young ones like me don't need to take any supplements, for example fish oil, mineral pills and so on. And this made me realised that everyone of us needs to have it in our body system because young generations right now don't have time to take care of their health due to work or studies... staying up late at night getting things done... and also young adults do not have the time to exercise... LOL i can be a great example for this... so in conclusion i need to start taking those supplements for my body.. i don't want to die young.. nobody wants to!! so take care of your health people... don't think that it is not necessary... trust me!!

Waddap FOOD LOVERS !!!! Last week my besties called me out for an outing a day before, so I thought of bring them to Petit Mary to try their food, since I heard many great comments about the food and one of my friend wanted to try it out too. The Happy 8 Retreat | Cafe & Hotel | Ipoh

Bonjour! Hello fellow readers, a couple of days ago I found this cafe which is so different compared to other cafes, so why not pay a visit and try out something different. This cafe has a forest themed to it, bring a relax and cozy feeling. Since the weather is quite sunny and hot, this cafe can be a place for a hideout. It took me sometime to find this place and it is cluttered with plants everywhere. So this will be the entrance.
